NOTICE TO MARINERS.

HARBOR LIGHT AT WAIKOUAITI.

NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the 1st May, 1873, a Bright fixed White Light will be exhibited from an ordinary Lantern, erected on the South Head of Waikouaiti Bay, in latitude 45° 39' S., and longitude 170° 41' 45" E., and will be seen in clear weather at distance of 7 nautical miles, between the magnetic bearings of S.E. ½ E. and W. by S. ½ S.

EDUCATION RESERVES, SOUTHLAND.

APPLICATIONS will be received by Mr. John H. Baker, Survey Office, Invercargill, from persons wishing to lease any of the Reserves as formerly advertised.

Copies of the Otago Regulations, and conditions for Leasing of Education Reserves, can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.

EDUCATION Reserves, Southland.—The following Reserves will be leased by auction at the Land Office, Invercargill, at noon on Thursday, the 1st May next. Further particulars may be obtained on application at the office of Mr. Baker, Invercargill.
