Clarendon District, containing 83a 1r 2p, will be offered for sale by public auction at Mr Capstick's Auction Rooms, Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 9th day of May next, at noon, at the upset price of 10s per acre.

Sections 1 of 9, 2 of 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 17, block I, North Harbor and Blueskin District, containing respectively 39a 1r 20p, 40a, 89a 0r 6p, 78a, 50a 2r, 20p, 92a 2r, 73a 1r, 34a, will be offered for sale by auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Friday, the 9th day of May next, at noon, at the upset price of 10s per acre.

Immediately thereafter, section 10, block I, Outram, will be offered at the upset price of £20, and subject to valuation for improvements effected thereon.

Lease sold subject to right of Government to take a portion for special settlement without compensation; upset price, £1 13s 4d per hundred acres, for the first thousand acres and 16s 8d for every hundred acres in addition.

Warie Flat—At School-house, on Monday, 21st April, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Muori Hill—At Baptist School-house, on Wednesday, 23rd April, from 6 to 8 p.m.
