Contract No. 732.—Erection of stone bridge over the Island stream, main North road.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Oamaru.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 732."

FIREWOOD, SOUTHLAND.
TENDERS will be received at the Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Friday, 2nd May, 1873, from parties willing to supply the Gaol Department, Invercargill, with Firewood until 31st December, 1873.
Tenders to state price per cord for Manuka and also Mixed Firewood, stating the kind and the average of each kind of firewood to be supplied in making up the cord of mixed. Tenderer to stack the firewood as directed by the Gaoler.
The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.
TENDERS Wanted by the Peninsula Road Board Highcliffe Sub-Division, for the supply of 154 yards metal; also, for the extension of No. 1 road 12 chains, more or less, at per chain. To be shown by Messrs. Timock and Waugh, on the 19th inst., at noon; meeting at the junction of the Portobello and Highcliffe Roads. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders to be lodged with Mr Timock, not later than the 2nd May, 1873.

WAIPORI DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.
TENDERS WANTED, for Cutting a ditch on Swamp Road, Waihola District. Plans and specifications may be seen on application to Mr Duff, by whom tenders will be received up till the 25th April, 1873. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
The Voters Lists, for the Subdivisions of the above District are now ready, and may be seen at the house of the undersigned during the month of April, 1873.

WANTED, a Teacher for Tuturau School. Salary—Government Grant and School Fees, with five-roomed dwelling-house and 15 acres glebe, fenced in.
