NOTICE

Of certain land in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a site for a public Cemetery at Benger District.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a public Cemetery, at Benger District, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a public Cemetery, at Benger District: (that is to say)

Section 63, block III, Benger Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 5 poles, more or less.

Dated at Dunedin, this fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain land in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a site for a public Cemetery at Blackstone.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Public Cemetery at Blackstone; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a Public Cemetery at Blackstone: (that is to say)

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one (1) acre, more or less, being Section numbered 22, Block III, Blackstone Survey District; bounded towards the north-west by section 2, said block and district, three hundred and eighty-seven (387) links; towards the north-east by section 2 aforesaid, two hundred and fifty-eight (258) links; towards the south-east by section 2 aforesaid and a road line, three hundred and eighty-seven (387) links; and towards the south-west by section 2 aforesaid, two hundred and fifty-eight (258) links.

Dated at Dunedin, this fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain land in the town of Alexandra, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved for a site for a public Hospital.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for a site for a public Hospital, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a site for a public Hospital: (that is to say)

Block XVIII, town of Alexandra, containing by admeasurement six (6) acres and nineteen (19) poles, more or less.

Dated at Dunedin, this fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain land in the Town of Alexandra, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a site for public Buildings.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for Public Buildings; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for a site for Public Buildings: (that is to say)

Block XVII, Town of Alexandra, containing by admeasurement eight (8) acres and two (2) roods, more or less.

Dated at Dunedin, this fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain land in the Town of Naseby, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved for Public Purposes for the use of the Inhabitants of Naseby.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for Public purposes for the use of the inhabitants of Naseby; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for Public purposes for the use of the inhabitants of Naseby (that is to say):

All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement two (2) roods and thirty-four (34) poles, more or less, situate in the Town of Naseby, being part of Crown Lands on the map of the said Town; bounded towards the west-north-west by Derwent Street, one hundred and ninety-two (192) links; towards the north-north-west by Earnest Street eight (8) links; also by section numbered 107, block I, fifty-five and five-tenths (55.5) links; towards the east-north-east by the said section numbered 107, one hundred (100) links; also by Crown Lands and section numbered 56, block I, one hundred and ninety-nine (199) links; towards the east-south-east by Crown Lands, one hundred and ninety-three (193) links; and towards the south-west by section numbered 15, block II; two hundred and seventy-seven (277) links; be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.

Dated at Dunedin, this fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
