VIENNA EXHIBITION 1873.—Notice is hereby given, that a Preliminary Exhibition of Articles intended to be exhibited at Vienna, in 1873, will take place at Christchurch, in December next. The General Committee in Christchurch have formed Sub-Committees on

  7. Agricultural, Flax, and other Machinery.

ADDITIONAL BY-LAW passed by Wardens of Jacob’s River Hundred, 3rd October, 1872.—“Any person contravening any of the By-laws passed by the Wardens of Jacob’s River Hundred on the 13th day of August, 1872, and sanctioned by the Waste Lands Board, shall be liable for every such offence to a penalty not exceeding five pounds.”
