Contract No. 666—Formation of portion of road, Tokomairiro to Coast, commencing at Devil’s Bridge, and extending towards Two Stone Hill.
Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Tokomairiro.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 666."
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Contract No. 681—Construction of 86 chains of road, Arthurs Point to Arrowtown.
Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Queenstown.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 579," "681," as the case may be.

Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 672."

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Friday, 18th October, 1872, for —
Contract No. 673—Metalling 60 chains of roads, Oamaru to Lindis, commencing at the north end of 657, and extending towards Waitaki.
Contract No. 674—Pitching and Gravelling 50 chains of road Oamaru to Lindis, extending from Papakaio Hotel, 30 chains to the north-west, and 20 chains to the north-east.
Contract No. 675—Metalling or pitching and gravelling 115 chains of road, Oamaru to Lindis. Separate tenders must be sent in for either mode of construction of roadway.
Plans and Specifications may be seen and forms of Tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Oamaru.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works, Tender for Contracts Nos. 673, 674, 675," as the case may be.
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Contract No. 676—Supply and spreading of 200 cubic yards of road metal on road Southern Trunk to Hogg’s Bridge.
Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Balclutha.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 676."

Contract No. 677—Pitching and Gravelling of 45 chains of Road Tokomairiro to Tuapeka, between pegs 3 and 4, Murray’s Flat.
Contract No. 678—Pitching and Gravelling 30 chains of Road Tokomairiro to Tuapeka, between pegs 2 and 3, Murray’s Flat.
Contract No. 679—Pitching and Gravelling of 131 chains of road Tokomairiro to Tuapeka, commencing at top of saddle, Peg 1, and extending towards Waitahuna.
Contract No. 680—Pitching and Gravelling of 75 chains of road Tokomairiro to Tuapeka, commencing from the end of the metal and extending towards Waitahuna to Peg 1, near the Saddle.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin; and at Police Camp, Waitahuna.
Tenders to be endorsed "Roads and Works Tender for Contract 677, 678, 679, 680," as the case may be.

FENCING.—Tenders to be lodged at Government Offices, Dunedin, by noon of Tuesday, 15th October, 1872, for erecting about 25 chains of Bush Post and Rail Fencing, at Industrial School. Further particulars may be obtained from Master of School.
WEST TAIERI RIVER DISTRICT.—Tenders are invited by the Board of Conservators for Cutting a Channel for the Taieri River through the gravel point on the east side of the river at Cooper’s Bend. Tenders to be sent to the Chairman of the Board on or before noon of Saturday, the 5th October next. Plans and specifications to be seen at Post Office, Outram.—DAVID GRANT, Clerk to the Board.
BOATS.—Tenders to be lodged by noon of Friday, 4th October, 1872, at the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, for supply of two strong boats, each about 25 feet long. Further particulars may be obtained at Roads and Works Department, Dunedin.
