ROSLYN Road Board.—Wanted a person qualified to act as Assessor, Clerk, and Collector for the Roslyn District Road Board. Applications in writing, stating remuneration expected, to be forwarded on or before Tuesday, September 3rd, 1872. Address A. H. Ross, Chairman of the Road Board, Roslyn.
WANTED, a Teacher for the Oreti School. Salary — Government subsidy and school fees, with dwelling house and ten acres of land. Applications and testimonials to be lodged with the undersigned on or before the 5th of September next.—RALPH SWALE, Centre Bush.
WANTED, a Teacher for the Side School, Awamoko. Salary: Government subsidy and school fees, free residence and four acres of land. Applications to be lodged with the undersigned on or before the 15th September.—R. STEWART, Awamoko.
PUBLICANS’ LICENSING COURTS will be held in the usual places throughout the Province of Otago, at noon on Tuesday, 3rd September, 1872, for transacting business under the Licensing Ordinance and Amendments thereof.
IMMIGRATION MONEY.—Assisted Immigrants by the undernamed Ships are requested to forward to John Logan, Immigration Agent, Dunedin, the amount of their Passage Money. Proceedings will be taken to recover in all cases of non-payment without further notice.
