NOTICE
Of certain Land in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as an addition to the Public Cemetery at Palmerston.
By His Honor, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as an addition to the Public Cemetery at Palmerston; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described an addition to the Public Cemetery at Palmerston; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement three (3) acres, three (3) roods, and four (4) poles, more or less, situate in the town of Palmerston, being extension of Cemetery Reserve, known as section numbered thirty-three (33), block thirty-three (XXXIII) on the map of the said town: bounded towards the north by section numbered thirty-two (32) seven hundred and thirty-four (734) links; towards the south-east by a road line nine hundred and eighty (980) links; towards the south by a road line two hundred and fifty-one (251) links; and towards the west by Cemetery Reserve eight hundred and forty (840) links.
Dated at Dunedin, this seventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the purposes of recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Dunstan District; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for the purposes of recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Dunstan district (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one hundred and forty-five (145) acres three (3) roods and four (4) poles, more or less, situate in Leaning Rock District, being section numbered seventy-two (72), block one (I), on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north-west by Crown Lands and a road line, three thousand one hundred and forty-eight and seven-tenths (3148.7) links; towards the north-east by Crown Lands, four thousand eight hundred and sixty-four and five-tenths (4864.5) links; towards the south-east by Crown Lands, three thousand one hundred (3100) links; and towards the south-west by Crown Lands, four thousand eight hundred and sixty-four and five-tenths (4864.5) links; and intersected by two (2) road lines, each one hundred (100) links wide.
Dated at Dunedin, this seventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Public Cemetery at Moa Flat; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for a Public Cemetery at Moa Flat (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement three (3) acres, more or less, being part of Run 215, and situate at Moa Flat, in the Benger Survey District: bounded towards the north by the remainder of Run 215, five hundred (500) links; towards the east by a road line six hundred (600) links; towards the south by the remainder of the said Run 215, five hundred (500) links; and towards the west by the remainder of said Run 215, six hundred (600) links; the south-east corner peg of the said reserve being two thousand five hundred and ninety-nine (2599) links distant from Trig. Station B, and bearing therefrom 278 deg. 38 min.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for an Athenaeum at Havelock; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the Lands hereinafter described, a Reserve for a site for an Athenaeum at Havelock; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement three (3) roods and four (4) poles, more or less, situate in the Town of Havelock, being sections numbered respectively four (4) five (5) six (6) and seven (7), block nineteen (XIX) on the map of the said town: bounded towards the north-west by section numbered 2, one hundred and forty-eight and seven-tenths (148.7) links; also by section numbered 3, one hundred and eighty-four and five-tenths (184.5) links; towards the north-east by Teaham street, three hundred and ninety-one and eight-tenths (391.8) links; towards the south-east by Sunderland street, four hundred and twenty-five (425) links; towards the south by section numbered 2, one hundred and four and eight-tenths
