All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement thirty-two (32) acres, three (3) roods, and thirteen (13) poles, more or less, situate in the Coast district, being part of section numbered eight (part of 8), block seven (VII) on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north-west by other part of the said section numbered eight (8), reserved for School, one thousand two hundred and eighty (1280) links, also by a road line eight hundred and forty (840) links; towards the north-east by a road line nine hundred (900) links, and one thousand four hundred and sixty-four (1464) links, also by other part of the said section numbered eight (8) reserved for Cemetery, six hundred (600) links; towards the south-east by the said Cemetery reserve, eight hundred and forty (840) links, also by a road line one thousand three hundred and twenty (1320) links; and towards the south-west by section numbered seven (7) three thousand three hundred and eighty-nine (3389) links, and intersected by a road line fifty (50) links wide.

Of certain Land in Arrowtown, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a reserve for Recreation for the use of the Inhabitants of Arrowtown.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for Recreation for the use of the Inhabitants of Arrowtown; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for Recreation for the use of the Inhabitants of Arrowtown; (that is to say):
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement six (6) acres, more or less, being section 38, block VII, Shotover district: bounded towards the north by block XXII, Arrowtown, nine hundred and fifteen (915) links; towards the north-east by block X, Shotover district, seven hundred (700) links; towards the south-east by section 37, block VII, Shotover district, seven hundred and sixteen (716) links; and towards the south-west by section 61, block VII, Shotover district, nine hundred and ninety-five (995) links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as Reserves for public recreation for the use of the inhabitants of Queenstown; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, as reserves for public recreation, for the use of the inhabitants of Queenstown (that is to say):
All that area in the town of Queenstown, containing by estimation one (1) rood and twenty (20) poles, more or less: bounded towards the north-west by sections numbered respectively 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, block XV, and two rights of way seven hundred and eighty (780) links; towards the north-east by sections numbered respectively 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, block XIV, three hundred and eight (308) links; towards the south-east by Marine Parade (50) links, also by high water mark of Lake Wakatipu seven hundred and fifty-six (756) links; and towards the south-west by high water mark of Lake Wakatipu two hundred and sixty (260) links, also by Hay street twenty-seven (27) links.
All that area situate in the Province of Otago, being block XXXII, Queenstown, containing by admeasurement eight (8) acres and nine (9) poles, more or less: bounded towards the north-west by Commonage Reserve five hundred and sixty (560) links, and by Cemetery Reserve one hundred and sixty-five (165) links; towards the north-east by Hay street one thousand and twenty-five (1025) links; towards the south-east by Main street eight hundred and ninety-five (895) links; and towards the south-west by Northumberland street nine hundred and sixty (960) links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Public Cemetery at Kyeburn; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for a Public Cemetery at Kyeburn; (that is to say):
All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement two (2) roods, more or less, being section 3, block V, Kyeburn Survey District: bounded towards the north by Crown Lands, one hundred and eighty-two (182) links; towards the east by Crown Lands, two hundred and seventy-four and five-tenths (274ยท5) links; towards the south by Crown Lands, one hundred and eighty-two (182) links; and towards the west by Crown Lands, two hundred seventy-four and five-tenths (274ยท5) links.
