All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres, more or less, situate in the Coast District, being part of section numbered eight (part of 8), block VII, on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north-west by other part of the said section numbered 8, eight hundred and forty (840) links; towards the north-east by a road line, six hundred (600) links; towards the south-east by a road line, eight hundred and forty (840) links; and towards the south-west by other part of the said section numbered 8, six hundred (600) links.

Of certain Land in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a site for a Reserve for the Port Chalmers Water Supply.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a reservoir for the Port Chalmers Water Supply; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose:
Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve as a site for a reservoir for the Port Chalmers Water Supply; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement sixty-four (64) acres three (3) roods and eight (8) poles, more or less, situate in the North Harbor and Blueskin district, being section numbered three (3), block six (VI), on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north by section numbered two (2), four thousand nine hundred and seventy (4970) links; towards the east by section numbered eighty-three (83), four hundred and forty (440) links; towards the south-east by a road line one thousand nine hundred and sixty (1960) links; towards the south by section numbered four (4), one thousand two hundred (1200) links, also by section numbered ninety-four (94), two thousand one hundred and seventy (2170) links and towards the west by a road line eight hundred and ten (810) links, also by section numbered seventy-three (73), block seven (VII), and a road line one thousand one hundred and sixty (1160) links, and intersected by a road line fifty (50) links wide.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for an endowment for an Athenaeum at Riverton; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose:
Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for an endowment for an Athenaeum at Riverton; (that is to say)—
Sections Nos. 44, 45, 46, 55, 56, 63, block VI, Jacob’s River Hundred, forming a total of 613a. 0r. 10p.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for a Drill Shed, Armoury and Gun Shed, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose:
Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for a site for a Drill Shed, Armoury and Gun Shed; (that is to say)—
