OTANOMOMO Local Road Board hereby intimate their intention of applying at the first meeting of the General Road Board for authority to levy a Highway Rate of 3d. per acre, for the current year in the above district.

IMPOUNDED, on the 15th day of April, 1871, by John M’Neil, one red and white Steer, branded like AS on off rump, owner unknown, for trespassing on his paddock, for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released the above Steer will be sold at the Public Pound at Balclutha on Friday, the 12th day of May, 1871, at 12 o’clock noon.
