by the north boundary of the New River Hundreds; on the east by the east boundary lines of blocks XIII, XIV, and XVI, of the aforesaid Hundred; on the south by the road from Wallacetown towards Riverton; and on the west by the Waimatuku Stream.

The West Waikivi Road District shall comprise all that area in the Invercargill Hundred, bounded towards the north by the road forming the northern boundary of Section 26, Block XIV, Invercargill Hundred, and by the north boundary lines of Sections 8, 7, and 6 of said Block; on the east by the main north road; on the South by the north boundary of Block XV and Sections 35 and 10, Block XVI, Invercargill Hundred; on the west by the New River; and on the north-west by the Makarewa river.

The Gap Road District shall comprise all that area lying to the east of the Main North Road in the Winton Hundred, and containing about 19,500 acres, being bounded on the north by the northern boundary-line of Block III, Winton Hundred, and that line continued to the Makarewa river; on the east by the Makarewa river; on the west and again on the north by the Winton township reserve; again on the west by the eastern boundary-line of Sections Nos. 31 to 36, Block I, Winton Hundred; on the south by the road line running through the little bush known as Livingstone’s Bush; again on the west by the east-rn boundary of Block II, Winton Hundred; and again on the south by a line in continuation of the south boundary of the Winton Hundred to the Makarewa river.
