law and Dart districts.
5th. Contract No. 65—Survey of 5000 acres, Upper
Wakatipu district.
6th. Contract No. 66—Survey of 2500 acres, High-
lay and Budle districts.
7th. Contract No. 67—Survey of 2500 acres, Lower
Wakatipu and Cardrona districts.
All into Sections of about 50 acres each.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of
Tender, obtained, at the Survey Office, Dunedin.
Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Contract 61,"
62, 63, 64, 65, 66, or 67, as the case may be; and to
be accompanied by the usual deposit.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

GROWING OATS FOR SALE.—Tenders will be
received at the Provincial Government Offices,
Dunedin, until noon of Monday, 23rd January, 1871,
for 4 1/2 acres, more or less, of Growing Oats, at Indus-
trial School, Look-out Point. Terms cash.
SALE OF LAND BY AUCTION.
Sections fronting Princes street south, Manor, Bond, and
Police streets.
NOTICE is hereby given, that sections 1 and 2, and
18 to 35 inclusive, block XLIII, Dunedin, will
be offered for sale by public auction by Mr. James
Milner, on the ground, on Thursday, the 26th January,
1871. Conditions at sale.
Plans can be seen at the Land Office, Dunedin, and
at the office of the Auctioneer, Commercial Sale Yards,
Dunedin.

WASTE LAND BOARD ADVERTISEMENTS.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sale by auction of
the exclusive right to depasture stock on sections
1, 2, and 3, (being Clutha Sand Spit), Coast district,
for 1871, will take place at the Auction Rooms of Mr.
R. W. Capstick, Tokomairiro, on Monday the 13th day
of February next at noon. Upset price of License £10.
Also, at the same time and place, Section 34, Block
I, Clarendon District, will be offered for sale by auction,
at the upset price of 10s. per acre.

cipal Reserves in Hawksbury Township will be
offered for sale at the Courthouse there on Friday, the
13th day of January next, together with the remaining
unsold sections already advertised.

NOTICE is hereby given that any authorities given
to occupy the Island, on the Mataura River, be-
low its confluence with the Mokoreta, are hereby with-
drawn, and the said Island, so far as it is Crown Lands,
is now open for pasturage to settlers within the Otera-
mika Hundreds, in terms of the "Otago Waste Land
Act 1866 Amendment Act 1869," and the regulations
made thereunder.
Licenses and return forms may be obtained from the
Ranger.
