Notice is hereby given, that Sections 60, 63 to 78, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri District (previously a Bush Reserve on the Water of Leith), will be offered for sale by public auction, as land of special value, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday the 3rd day of October, at noon, at an upset price of £1 per acre.
