Section 5, Block II, Tapanui.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one rood, more or less, situate in the Town of Tapanui, being section numbered 5, block II, on the map of the said town: bounded towards the north by Sussex street, one hundred links; towards the east by Suffolk street, two hundred and fifty links; towards the south by section numbered 6, one hundred links; and towards the west by section numbered 4, two hundred and fifty links.

Dated at Dunedin, this eleventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

NOTICE.

Of certain Land in Arrowtown, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved from Sale and set aside as a Site for a Public Library and Reading Room.

By His Honor William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved from sale and set aside as a site for a Public Library and Reading Room for the Town of Arrowtown and its inhabitants; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have reserved from sale and set aside the land hereinafter described as a site for a Public Library and Reading Room for the Town of Arrowtown and its inhabitants (that is to say):

All that area situate in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement twenty-one and seven-tenths poles, more or less, being sections numbered respectively 7 and 8, block IX, Arrowtown: bounded towards the north-east by Crown Lands one hundred and six links; towards the south-east by section 6, one hundred and twenty-eight links; towards the south-west by Buckingham street one hundred and six links; and towards the north-west by section 9, one hundred and twenty-eight links.

Dated at Dunedin, this eleventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

NOTICE.

Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as Commonage for the use of the Inhabitants of Port Molyneux.

By His Honor William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866" recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a Common for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Port Molyneux; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for the purpose of a Commonage Reserve—Town of Molyneux (that is to say):

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement five hundred and fifty-four (554) acres and four (4) poles, more or less, situate in the Clutha and South Molyneux Districts, being parts of sections numbered respectively two (part of 2) and three (part of 3), block IV, and one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4), block VI, Clutha District, together with part of eight (part of 8), part of nine (part of 9), part of ten (part of 10), block I, half of seven (½ of 7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), block III, South Molyneux District: bounded towards the north by sections numbered respectively 4, 11, and 12, block IV, Clutha District, and section 5, block VI, three thousand five hundred (3500) links, also by sections numbered respectively 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, block VI, Clutha District, seven thousand (7000) links; towards the east by section numbered 1 of the said block IV, one thousand three hundred (1300) links, by street lines and Cemetery Reserve, six thousand seven hundred and fifty (6750) links, also by the remaining half of section numbered 7, one thousand five hundred (1500) links; towards the south by the other part of section numbered 3 of the said block IV, three thousand one hundred (3100) links, by section numbered 11, block I, South Molyneux District, five hundred (500) links, by section numbered 5, block III, South Molyneux District, one thousand seven hundred and fifty (1750) links, by the remaining half of section numbered 7, one thousand seven hundred and fifty (1750) links, also by section numbered 6 of the said block III, three thousand five hundred (3500) links; and towards the west by the remaining half of section numbered 7, one thousand five hundred (1500) links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Fire Engine House at Queenstown; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for the purpose of a Fire Engine House at Queenstown aforesaid.

Section 1, Block I.X, Queenstown.

All that area situate in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement fourteen poles, more or less, situate in the Town of Queenstown, being section numbered 1.
