\nBy His Honor William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent

\nunder and by virtue of Section 62 of the
\n“Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that
\nthe lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a
\nsite for a Court House at Roxburgh; and it is expedient that the said lands
\nshould be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, William Alexander Tolmie,
\nDeputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power
\nand authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made
\nand dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a Reserve for the purpose of a Court

\npart of the Town of Frankton: bounded towards the
\nnorth-east by sections numbered 33, 63, and a road
\nline, two thousand six hundred and fifteen links, and
\nsection numbered 39, and part of section numbered
\n40, eight hundred links, also Cemetery Reserve,
\nfour hundred links; towards the south-east by parts of
\nsections numbered 38 and 39, three hundred and
\ntwenty links, also parts of sections numbered 44 and
\n45, section numbered 26, Leicester street, Town of
\nFrankton and a road line, three thousand five hundred
\nand sixty-four links; towards the south-west by
\nEssex street, said town, three thousand and sixty
\nlinks, and a road line, four hundred links; towards
\nthe north-west by part of the town of Frankton,
\nfive hundred and thirty-six links, Cemetery Reserve
