Southland one hundred and twelve thousand (112,000) links and towards the west by Runs numbered respectively 350 389 and 800B three hundred and ten thousand (310,000) links be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Province of Otago containing by estimation thirty-two thousand (32,000) acres more or less being Run numbered four hundred and twenty (420) on the map of the said Province bounded towards the north-west by Crown lands one hundred and twenty by the Clutha River, three hundred and fifteen links; towards the east by Lake Wakatipu sixty-thousand (60,000) links and towards the south by Crown lands and the Province of Southland one hundred and seventy-six thousand (176,000) links.

NOTICE.
Of certain Land at Roxburgh, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as a site for a Police Station.
By His Honor William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Police Station at Roxburgh; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands herein after described a Reserve for the purpose of a Police Station at Roxburgh aforesaid.
Sections 4, 6 and 8, Block IX, Roxburgh.
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement two roods and sixteen poles, more or less, situate in the Town of Roxburgh, being sections numbered respectively 4, 6 and 8, block IX, on the map of the said Town: bounded towards the north-west by Ferry Road, three hundred links; towards the north-east by section numbered 2, two hundred links; towards the south-east by sections numbered respectively 5, 7 and 10, three hundred links; and towards the south-west by section numbered 9, two hundred links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Bridge at Cromwell; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for the purpose of a Bridge site at Cromwell.
Bridge Reserve, Cromwell.
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one acre and 16 poles, more or less, situate in the Town of Cromwell, being Bridge Reserve on the map of the said Town: bounded towards the north-west by Crown lands, by Melmore Terrace, and section numbered 5 block X, three hundred and three links; towards the north-east by section numbered 5, and Crown lands, one hundred and ninety links; also by the Clutha River, three hundred and fifteen links; towards the south-east by the Clutha River, one hundred and forty-six links; and towards the south-west by Crown lands, four hundred links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for an Industrial School; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, William Alexander Tolmie, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for the purpose of an Industrial School (that is to say):
Industrial School.
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement twenty-one acres, two roods, and two poles, more or less, situate in the Town District, being sections numbered respectively 41 and 42, block VI, on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north-north-west by section numbered 46, one thousand and eighty links; towards the east-north-east by section numbered 38, three hundred links, and one thousand seven hundred and fifty links; towards the south by a road line eight hundred and seventy links, and one hundred and ninety links; towards the west-south-west by sections numbered respectively 44 and 45, one thousand nine hundred and fifty links; and towards the west-north-west by section numbered 31, block V, Lower Kaikorai District, forty links, and intersected by a road line sixty links wide.
