NOTICE
Of certain Land in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as a site for a Cattle Market at Blueskin.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a Cattle Market at Blueskin; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a Reserve for the purpose of a Cattle Market at Blueskin; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement nine (9) acres, more or less, situate in the Town of Blueskin, being Cattle Market Reserve on the Map of the said Town; bounded towards the north by Crown Lands one thousand six hundred and sixty-six (1666) links; towards the east by Crown Lands and Cemetery Reserve five hundred and seventy-six (576) links; towards the south by sections numbered respectively 8 and 20, Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin District, and Crown Lands one thousand six hundred and sixty-six (1666) links; and towards the west by section No. 46, of the same block I, five hundred and seventy-six (576) links, and intersected by a road line one hundred (100) links wide.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart for purposes of public recreation in the Town of Outram and its inhabitants; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for purposes of public recreation for the Town of Outram and its inhabitants; (that is to say)—
All that area situate in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement two (2) acres, more or less, being sections numbered respectively 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22, Block I, on the Map of the Town of Outram.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a Common for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Queenstown; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for the purpose of a Common for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Queenstown; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement six hundred (600) acres, more or less, situate in block XX, Shotover District, commencing at the eastern corner of the Town of Queenstown.
