WOOLSHED CEMETERY.—The following Rule

and Regulation has been submitted to the

Superintendent and Executive Council of the Province

of Otago, in terms of the “Cemetery Reserves Management

Ordinance, 1864,” and published for general

information:—

Regulation.

Additional Rule and Regulation made in pursuance

of Section 5 of the “Cemetery Reserves Management

Ordinance, 1864,” for the management of the public

Cemetery at Woolshed.

Clause number three in the Regulations for the man-

agement of the said Cemetery, published in the *Provin-

cial Government Gazette*, No. 403, bearing date the

17th day of January, 1866, is hereby abolished and the

following Regulation is hereby substituted in lieu

thereof:—

Lots in Class one shall in future be sold fifteen links

frontage to Road and Walks, and twenty links back, or

thereabout; and at a price for one such lot of twenty

shillings; and for a double lot, of thirty shillings, sub-

ject to the said Regulations.


WOOLSHED CEMETERY MANAGER.—His

Honor the Superintendent directs it to be

notified that he has been pleased to appoint

Mr. WILLIAM TULLOCH,

to be a manager of the Reserve set aside for the pur-

pose of a Public Cemetery at Woolshed.

NOTICE is hereby given, that GEORGE WILLIAM

WARD, of Dunedin, carpenter, has this day filed

in the Supreme Court, at Dunedin, a declaration of

Insolvency.

Court House, Dunedin, aforesaid, has been appointed

for the first meeting of his creditors, and that the bankrupt

is ordered then and there to surrender.
