In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Otago and Southland District.

NOTICE is hereby given, that on Tuesday the 21st
September, 1868, James Roebuck and George
Applegarth, of Dunedin, coachbuilders, presented to
the Supreme Court, at Dunedin, their petition for the
sequestration of their joint and separate estates for the
benefit of their joint and separate creditors respectively,
and that they were on said day duly adjudged bankrupts
by the said Court: And notice is also hereby given that
the first meeting of the creditors of the said James
Roebuck and George Applegarth is appointed by the said
Court to be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin,
on Tuesday, the 29th September, at ten o’clock in the
forenoon.

cil and reserved by the Superintendent of the
Province of Otago for the signification of the Governor’s
pleasure thereon, intituled,

“Dunedin Reserves Leasing and Sale Ordinance,
1868;”

“The Harbor Reclaimed Lands Sale and Leasing
Ordinance, 1868;”

“Shag Point Coal Reserve Leasing Ordinance,
1868;” and

“Warepa Schoolmaster’s Residence and Glebe
Lands Leasing Ordinance, 1868;”

having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to assent to the same.

received at the Publisher’s Office not later than 2 p.m.
on the Tuesday preceding. Advertisements received after
that hour will be charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity
in the receipt of those Gazettes which are given gratis by
the Government should be reported at once to the Pro-
vincial Secretary.
