NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has appointed Monday, the 15th day of June next, as a public sitting of this Honorable Court for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination. And notice is hereby further given that the said Bankrupt will on the said 15th day of June apply for an order of discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given that this Honorable Court hath this day adjudged Alexander Connack, of Blue Spur, Timber Merchant, a Bankrupt; that Tuesday, the 16th day of June, 1868, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, has been appointed for the first meeting of his Creditors; and that the Bankrupt is ordered then and there to surrender.
