shall be lawful for any Inspector of Weights and Measures, to be appointed by the Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by warrant under his hand, for the purpose of effectuating the provisions of the said Ordinance whenever he may see fit, at seasonable hours in the day, to examine any bread cart, and to enter into any house, shop, bakehouse or building belonging to any baker or seller of bread to search for, view, weigh, try and examine, all such bread as shall be then and there found: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in virtue of the powers so vested in me, do by this my warrant, appoint
