NOTICE is hereby given, that James Miller, of Drybread, in the Province of Otago, Miner, has this day filed in this honourable Court, a declaration of Insolvency, pursuant to the provisions of the above Act.

In the matter of a Deed of Arrangement, made by William Annett, of Hibernia Water Race, Jellibrand’s Run, in the District of Taieri, in the Province of Otago, Miner, for the benefit of his Creditors; and in the matter of the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of the provisions of the said Act, that a deed, bearing date and executed on the 16th day of April, A.D. 1868, made between the said William Annett, of the first part; William Smith, of Hyde, in the said district, carrier, of the second part; and all and singular the creditors of him, the said William Annett, of the third part (whereby the said William Annett conveyed and assigned unto the said William Smith all the real and personal estate and effects of him, the said William Annett, for sale, conversion, and distribution among the creditors of the said William Annett), has this day been filed in the office of the Supreme Court, Dunedin.

And notice is also hereby given, that the said deed is intended to operate and take effect as a deed of arrangement executed in pursuance of and in conformity with the provisions of the said Act.

In the matter of a Deed of Arrangement made by Robert Miller, of Port Molyneux, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, Storekeeper, for the benefit of all his Creditors, and in the matter of the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of the provisions of the said Act, that a Deed, bearing date and executed upon the thirteenth day of April, A.D. 1868, made between the said Robert Miller, of the first part; John Gibson, Robert Smith Dods, and Ralph Ewing (therein described), of the second part; and all and singular the Creditors of him, the said Robert Miller, of the third part; (whereby the said Robert Miller conveyed and assigned unto the said John Gibson, Robert Smith Dods, and Ralph Ewing, all the real and personal estate and effects of him the said Robert Miller, for sale, conversion, and distribution among the Creditors of the said Robert Miller) has this day been filed in the Office of the Supreme Court, Dunedin.

And notice is also given that the said Deed is intended to operate and take effect as a Deed of Arrangement executed in pursuance of, and in conformity with, the provisions of the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867."
