- Temperature: Highest 80.5° on Jan 10, Lowest 30.0° in July, Annual Range 50.5°.
- Rainfall: Total for year 36.73 in.
Note.—The barometrical readings are corrected for index error, and reduced to 32° Fahr. and sea-level. The thermometers are verified and corrected by comparison with a standard from Kew. The temperatures are given in the shade only; the climate force of vapour, and degrees of humidity, are computed from the simultaneous observations of the wet and dry bulb thermometers.
In reading the preceding table, it should be borne in mind that all self-registering instruments are recorded at the morning observation, and therefore the results noted occurred during the preceding 24 hours.
