SALE of CROWN LANDS of special value under Clause No. 64 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866.”—Notice is hereby given, that Sections formerly specified of BUSH LAND in Waikouaiti, Block 1, situate between Blueskin Bay and the Waikouaiti Maori Reserve, will be sold by Wright, Robertson and Company, Maclise-street, in their Sale Rooms Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of October next, at 12 o’clock, noon. Upset price, 25s. per acre.
Note.—Sections Nos. 66 and 67 are retained as a Public Reserves.
THE sale by auction of Sections 10, Block 9, Outram, and 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, Block 12, Moeraki District, advertised in the Provincial Government Gazette of the 11th instant, to be held on the 13th day of October, in the Land Office Dunedin, is postponed till Monday the 28th day of October next, at 12 o’clock noon.
WANGALOA ROAD DISTRICT.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Application has been made by the Local Board Road Trustees to the General Road Board for the sub-division of the Wangaloa Road District, and to be comprised within the following boundaries, viz. : Commencing at the mouth of the Matau River, and bounded on the west by said River and Kaitangata Creek to north-west angle of Section 3, Block I, South Tuakitoto Survey District ; thence on the north by boundary line between Sections 3 and 4, said Block I, and said line continued to the Water Shed ; thence on the west by said Water Shed to Two Stone Hill ; thence on the north-west by a straight line to Trig. Station J. ; thence on the north by Blocks III and IV, Kaitangata Survey District ; thence on the east by Section 1, Block XIV, Coast District, to the ocean ; on the south, by the ocean to the Matau River, the point of starting.
And notice is hereby further given that the General Road Board will, at its next monthly meeting, to be held at Dunedin, on Thursday, the 7th day of November next, at 11 o’clock, proceed to consider and decide upon such application. Objections must be lodged two days before the day appointed for the meeting.
