PROVINCIAL COUNCIL.—(The late Sergeant-at-Arms.)—The comrades of the late Sergeant-Major Grennan (late Sergeant-at-Arms) having resolved to erect a Memorial to his memory, and also very generally subscribed for that purpose, Members of Council favorable to the object, and desirous of aiding in its accomplishment, are informed that the subscription list now lies at this office, where subscriptions may be paid, or to which place they may be forwarded.
