NOTICE.—Whereas an Application for Crown Grants for Sections 58 and 101, Port Chalmers, has been made by Louisa Parsons, of Lyttelton, the Province of Canterbury, Widow, claiming to be entitled under the will of the late husband John Parsons, of Southampton Street, Camberwell, in the County of Surrey, Notice is hereby given that I have appointed Thursday, the 11th day of January, 1866, for the purpose of hearing and deciding the claim of the said Louisa Parsons, and all persons claiming any interest in the aforesaid sections are requested to attend and state their objections (if any) to the claim of the said Louisa Parsons being granted.

CROWN LANDS.—Notice is hereby given that the applications for Rural Lands received between the 14th inst. and the 2nd day of January, inclusive, will be brought before the Waste Land Board on Wednesday, the 3rd day of January, when the applicants must attend to pay for such portions of the land as may be granted, or the application will be declared abandoned, and the land will be re-opened for application on the 4th.
