BOUNDARIES AND ROADS

MILBURN ROADS.

1.—33 chains in length, 60 links wide, from road line between blocks I and VIII, Tokomairiro Survey District, to block II, Akatore, to north-east corner of section 79, block IX, Tokomairiro Survey District; boundaries, north and north-west, sections 73, 74, and part of 75, block VIII, Tokomairiro Survey Survey District; south and south-east, section 93, block II, Akatore.

2.—35 chains in length, 60 links wide, from road line at end of section 1, block I, Tokomairiro Survey District, to District Road between blocks I and II, Tokomairiro Survey District; boundaries, north-west, section 1, block I, Tokomairiro Survey District; east and south-east, block III, Clarendon.

ADAMSTHORPE ROADS.

1.—120 chains in length, 60 links wide, from south-west angle of section 11, block XLIV, Tokomairiro Survey District, to District Road at section 6, block XLII, Tokomairiro Survey District; boundaries, east, block XL and part of block XXXIX; west, block XLII and part of XLIV, Tokomairiro.

LOVELSBROOK ROADS.

1.—40 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 8, block XLIV, Tokomairiro Survey District; boundaries, west and north-west, sections 10, 9, and part of 8, block XLIV; east and south-east by sections 3, 4, and part of 5, block XXXIX, Tokomairiro Survey District.

2.—19 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on north side of block VII, Hill End, to New District Road on section 8, block XLIV, Tokomairiro; boundaries, west, sections 7 and part of 8, block XLIV; east, section 6 and part of section 5, block XXXIX, Tokomairiro.

Constable John Nelson, No. 489, to be Gaoler at Clyde, vice Constable John Hackett, No. 349, resigned;

Constable John Black, No. 941, to be Gaoler at Oamaru, vice Constable Samuel Porter, No. 403, transferred;

Constable Samuel Porter, No. 403, to be Gaoler at Waikouaiti, vice Constable Patrick O’Neill, No. 481, transferred; all of the said appointments to date from 1st October current, inclusive.
