NOTICE.
Salisbury Roads.
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situated and being in the Salisbury Road District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Taieri Districts Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” a copy of which plan has been deposited in the Public School in the said District,—Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the power vested in me in that behalf by the “Taieri Districts Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads, or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objections they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement addressed to me, at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.

WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situated and being in the Port Molyneux Road District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” a copy of which plan has been deposited in the Public School in the said District,—Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the power vested in me in that behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads, or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objections they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement addressed to me, at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.

2.—80 chains in length, 60 links wide, from road line between blocks IV and VI to New Road on section 11, block V; boundaries, section 11, block V; south, section 1, block VI, South Molyneux.
3.—84 chains in length, 60 links wide, from New Road on section 12, block V, to block line between block V, South Molyneux, and block II, Glenomaru; boundaries, north, section 12, block V; south, section 7, block VI, South Molyneux.
4.—120 chains in length, 60 links wide, from block XIV, Clutha, to District Road on section 4, block VI, South Molyneux; boundaries, east, blocks V and VI, South Molyneux; west, block II, Glenomaru.
5.—36 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Trunk Road to District Road on section 5, block X, Clutha; boundaries, east, part of block VI, Clutha, and section 5; west, section 1, block X, Clutha.

WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situated and being in the Milton, Helensbrook, Milburn, Adamsthorpe, Lovelsbrook Road Districts, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the maps or plans mentioned and referred to in the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” and the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1865,” and the “Tokomairiro District Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” copies of which maps or plans are deposited at the School House, Milton, Tokomairiro,—Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” and the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1865,” and the “Tokomairiro District Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads, or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objections they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement addressed to me, at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.
