THE Partnership hitherto existing between Andrew Louttit and Robert Louttit, trading under the firm and style of A. Louttit and Co., Queenstown, Province of Otago, New Zealand, Storekeepers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to the firm will be received by the aforesaid Andrew Louttit, and by whom all debts will be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, trading as T. ROBINSON & Co., Agricultural Implement Manufacturers and Importers, at Melbourne, in the colony of Victoria, and at Dunedin, in New Zealand, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts now owing to, or by, the firm will be received or paid by the undersigned James Hutchings.
Dated this twenty-ninth day of August, 1865.

James Hutchings, in tendering his best thanks for the large amount of patronage his establishment has received so many years, begs to inform his agricultural friends and the public generally, that the business, in all its branches, will be continued by himself under the style of T. Robinson & Co. His connection and superintendence of the business from its formation will, he trusts, be a sufficient guarantee of its future integrity; and, in soliciting a continuance of support, assures his friends that every article will be manufactured by the most experienced workmen.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Samuel Hislop Dobbie and David Baxter, as General Merchants in Dunedin, under the style and firm of “Dobbie Baxter and Co.,” has been this day dissolved, as and from the thirtieth day of September last.
The business will in future be carried on by the said David Baxter, who will receive all assets and discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has appointed Monday, the thirteenth day of November next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for hearing the matters of the above-mentioned Petition.
