NOTICE is hereby given that part of Section No. 3, having 22 feet frontage to Princes-street, and part of Section No. 17, having 24½ feet frontage to Princes-street, will be let by auction for the remainder of the year commencing upon the 5th February last, on Monday, the 1st day of August next, at 12 o’clock.

I HEREBY certify that CHAS. ARCHIBALD CAMPBELL, of Tokomairiro, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his diploma from the University of Glasgow, constituting him a doctor of medicine, as likewise a diploma as licentiate of the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and the registration certificate of the former for Scotland, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES TODD, of East Taieri, in the Province of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, storekeeper, has, by Deed of Assignment bearing date the sixteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and made between the said Charles Todd of the first part, Thomas Brown of Dunedin, in the Province aforesaid, merchant, and Hugh Kirkpatrick of the same place, linen draper, of the second part, and the several other Persons or Parties whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors in their own right, or in co-partnership, or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said Charles Todd, of the third part, assigned all and singular the stock-in-trade, goods, chattels, credits, and other personal estate and effects whatsoever, and wheresoever of him the said Charles Todd, or of, in, or to which he, the said Charles Todd, or any person or persons in trust for him is or are possessed or entitled, or hath or have any right or interest whatsoever unto the said Thomas Brown and Hugh Kirkpatrick, in trust for the equal benefit of all the creditors of the said Charles Todd: And, Notice is hereby further given that the said Deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Charles Todd, at the offices of Messrs. Prendergast, Kenyon, and Maddock in Manse-street, Dunedin, aforesaid, solicitors.
Dated this eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
