Notice is hereby further given that the said petition has been accepted by his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond, and filed in the said Supreme Court; and that his Honor has appointed Monday, the 8th day of August next, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, as and to be the time and place for hearing the matters of the said petitioner.

NOTICE is hereby given that Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Greig Wise did, on the eighteenth day of June, 1864, present and file their petition for the sequestration of their estate for the benefit of all their creditors, and for relief according to the provisions of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862,” and that the said petition has been accepted by his Honor the Judge, who has appointed Monday the eighth day of August, A.D. 1864, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the said petition, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.
