TENDERS
TENDERS will be received at the Provincial Storekeeper’s Office, Dunedin, Princes Street South, until noon of 29th July.
For supplying the Provincial Government in Dunedin with Kerosene Oil
For the Shoeing and Farriering of Government Horses in Dunedin
For supplying the undermentioned Police Station with the Articles set opposite each:
- West Taieri — Firewood, per cord
- East Taieri — Oaten Hay, per ton
„ Oats, per bushel
„ Firewood, per cord - Tokomairiro — Oats, per bushel
All for the period ending 31st December, 1864.
Forms of tender for the first and second can be had from the Acting Storekeeper, and for the third at the above Police Stations.

WAKARI DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the first meeting of the Trustees elected for the Wakari Road District, as formerly advertised, not having been held, said meeting is hereby called for Friday, the 21st day of July current at 6 o’clock p.m., at the School House in said district for the transaction of general business in connection with the district Roads.

will be held at the Government Offices, Dunedin upon Thursday the 28th day of July, 1864, at twelve o’clock noon, for the despatch of business.

HIGH SCHOOL, DUNEDIN.
THE High School will be opened under the charge of the Head Master, the Reverend F. C. Simmons, B. A., late Scholar of Lincoln College, Oxford, upon
Monday, the 25th July, 1864,
For the Examination of new Pupils, and on the following day for the regular work of the School.
School Fee — £10 per annum, payable quarterly in advance.
In order that the different classes may be organised without loss of time, it is particularly requested that all pupils attend on the first day.
The Head Master is prepared to receive Boarders into his family.

AUCTIONEER’S LICENCE.
In accordance with Clause 8, of the “Licensed Auctioneers’ Ordinance, 1862,” a special meeting will be held in the Provincial Secretary’s Office, Dunedin, upon Thursday, the 4th day of August, 1864, at two o’clock p.m., to consider the application of Hyman Edward Nathan.
