Andrew Simpson’s enclosed paddock, George-street, Dunedin, for which seven shillings is claimed for damages, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, North Dunedin, on the 29th day of September, 1863, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPounded on the 8th day of September, 1863, by Constable Nicholas Maloney, one bay mare, no visible brands, and low in condition, owner unknown, for trespassing on the public streets, and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound, at North Dunedin, on the 29th day of September, 1863, at 12 o’clock noon.

MEETINGS OF DISTRICT BOARDS OF ROAD TRUSTEES.

THE First Meetings of the District Boards of Road Trustees, recently elected for the several Districts hereinafter mentioned, and from which returns have now been received, are hereby appointed to be held at the times and places following, for the transaction of General Business in connection with District Roads.

ANDERSON’S BAY DISTRICT.
At the School-house in said District, upon Monday, the 28th day of September 1863, at 6 o’clock p.m.

CAVERSHAM DISTRICT.
At the School-house in said District, upon Tuesday, the 29th day of September 1863, at 6 o’clock p.m.

SILVERSTREAM DISTRICT.
At Mr. Culling’s Accommodation House, in said District, upon Wednesday, the 30th day of September 1863, at 6 o’clock p.m.

EAST TAIERI DISTRICT.
At the School-house in said District, upon Thursday, the 1st day of October 1863, at 4 o’clock p.m.

WEST TAIERI DISTRICT.
At the School-house in said District, upon Friday, the 2nd day of October 1863, at 4 o’clock p.m.

KAIHIKU DISTRICT.
At the Premises of Mr. Telford, in said District, upon Wednesday, the 7th day of October, 1863, at 2 o’clock p.m.
