Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Victoria Road, Cambridge, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waipa District Council; and
Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Waipa District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Road Stopped and Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Victoria Road, Cambridge, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway, and shall remain vested in the Crown; and
Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown
