Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions and Land Manager, Hokitika Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (open space) over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Westland District Council in such a manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the Council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Land Declared Road—Koputaroa Road, Levin, Horowhenua District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road, which shall vest in the Horowhenua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
