Road Realignment—Causer Road–Paparoa Station Road, Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Humphreys Drive and Ferry Road, Christchurch City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Christchurch City Council; and
Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 798269, subject to all existing encumbrances
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
