Effect of order—This order amends Part II of the Tariff. The amendment will grant duty-free tariff treatment, through a tariff concession under Part II, for the class of goods described as “Goods Re-entered after Repair or Alteration” pursuant to Article 2.6 of the Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea.

The Resource Management (Approval of Hurunui Water Project Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2017
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice is The Resource Management (Approval of Hurunui Water Project Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2017.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as requiring authority—Hurunui Water Project Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, in respect of the following network utility operations:
- The investigation, construction, operation, maintenance, upgrading, replacement, and repair of Hurunui Water Project Limited’s future network of assets for the distribution of water for supply.
- Associated use, erection, reconstruction, placement, alteration, extension, removal or demolition of any structure in, on, or over the land in respect of the distribution of water for irrigation within the Hurunui Water Project Limited irrigation scheme area.

Notice of Variation of a Security Contract
Pursuant to Section 170(2) of the Corrections Act 2004 (“Act”)
On 16 August 2017 Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of New Zealand, acting by and through the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections and SecureFuture Wiri Limited, varied a security contract that was entered into under section 166(1) of the Act. SecureFuture Wiri Limited is the security contractor for the purposes of the Act.
