Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve—Linden Street Recreation Reserve, Kihikihi, Waipa District

Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (community building memorial) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown; and

b. Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Waikato District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
