Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that following a resolution
dated 23 May 2017, the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed
from local purpose reserve (community use) to recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the
Reserves Act 1977.

Naming of Reserves—Arrowtown Queenstown Lakes District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Arrowtown Borough Council hereby gives notice that a resolution to the
following effect was passed by the council on 26 September 1989:

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and described as Section 14 XIX TN of Arrowtown and Section 15
Blk XIX TN of Arrowtown, Arrowtown, shall henceforth be known as Algie Reserve”.
