Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the Schedule in the notice titled "Land Declared Road—Corner of Poplar Avenue and Matai Road, Kapiti" and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 2017, Issue No. 54, Notice No. 2017-ln 2487 is hereby amended by replacing

"SO 508379"

with

"SO 508397".
