Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies, pursuant to special resolutions of directors under section 241(2)(b) of the Act, on 3 April 2017 at 12.27pm.
