The shareholders of ANDELL LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2017 at 4.00pm.

A certificate of solvency has been signed by the directors of the company.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 5 May 2017.

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company by the High Court at Wellington on 4 April 2017 at 10.28am.

The liquidators have fixed 9 May 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
