The shareholders of TUCSON TRUCKING 2014 LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 6 April 2017 at 11.30am.

We fix 15 May 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
