Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of MAPUA SMOKEHOUSE LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 31 March 2017 at 11.00pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors have previously passed a resolution declaring that, on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors' meeting.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.

Steven Khov, Damien Grant and Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GJA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 April 2017 at 3.28pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 8 May 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
