Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Vance and Colin Owens, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of IBA HEALTH (NZ) OPERATIONS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholder on 20 February 2017 at 5.30pm.
The liquidators have fixed 15 March 2017 as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Jonathan Wilgermein and Steve Cammish, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 24 February 2017 at 11.00am.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, as joint and several liquidators of the company, we fix 27 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LOVE TO DANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 February 2017 at 10.22am.
We fix 30 March 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
