Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, on 23 February 2017 at 9.30am and 24 February 2017 at 9.30am respectively, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 3 April 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
