Notice is hereby given that, on 2 May 2016 at 9.25am, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, by special resolution, appointed Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant, and Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 May 2016 at 8.28am.
The liquidators of the above-named company fix 14 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ENLIGHTENZ NZ LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 April 2016 at 11.20am.
We fix Friday 17 June 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
