Notice is hereby given that the liquidations of the above-named companies commenced on 26 April 2016 at 2.02pm, when the members appointed Brenton John Joseph Hunt, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of special resolutions by entry in the companies’ minute books.

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meetings of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
