The above-named company was placed into voluntary administration with effect from 4.00pm on 29 April 2016 by written resolution of the board of the company of even date.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held on 10 May 2016 at 2.00pm at the TET MultiSports Centre on Portia Road, Stratford.
Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:
a. deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
b. deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of PROFESSIONAL GRAPHICS AND DESIGN LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 April 2016.
